Since 2022, Simulation in Motion – Iowa (SIM-IA) has been proudly providing emergency care training to EMS and hospital teams in communities along the annual RAGBRAI route at no cost to local providers. Clinical trainings focus on common cycling injures healthcare teams may encounter during the ride. Now in its fifth year, the SIM-IA pre-RAGBRAI tour is back on the road, preparing local responders for the world’s largest bicycle touring event.
